The kids slept in until 7:30 which was really nice since they normally get up at 6:30 and Nate and I had stayed up late (well late for us anyway, 11:00pm wow!) cleaning and stuffing stockings. We started a new tradition of watching Joy to the World before opening gifts. Keith loved pointing out baby Jesus and the big Jesus. Natalie enjoyed the music but we didn't realize the movie was so long and she saw the stockings on the couch and wanted them really bad! So we ended up cutting the movie a little short and dug into the presents! Natalie's favorite thing in her stocking was the baby orange. She started eating it before I could get the peel off, but her teeth did that and she started sucking all the juice out!
Keith has been in Heaven since yesterday playing with his dinosaurs, bouncy balls, and Mac trailer from cars.
Here are the kids brushing their teeth with their new tooth brushes they got in their stockings (thanks mom Burt for starting that tradition!).
Keith got a tool kit with a construction hat, but Natalie went wild for the hat! Its way too big for her head, but she doesn't care :)
