Windows

Our windows are in! We are so happy to have this done, you have no idea! Before, our windows looked like this:

You couldn't open them all the way and they were nasty and energy sucking!

 

Now they are beautiful, efficient and SAFE!!!!

 Yesterday Nate spent the day attaching the wells to the house (big pain in the rear...we didn't have the right equipment and long story short, we NEVER want to install window wells ourselves AGAIN.) And then we both filled in the dirt around the wells. We are going to but in flowering bushes and a flower bed around the windows and wall of the house.

 Natalie loving climbing on the new windowsills and we showed her how to open them ONLY if there is a fire. Our house is becoming so much more beautiful! But now we need a break from projects!

6 new windows! Two in the family room, and two in each of the bedroom!
